He is currently working in Emirates Airlines as Flight Dispatcher and serving as a Director of L&D in his futuristic start up firm - Interdev Business Intelligence. Sadikh has supported thousands of job seekers to reach their next levels, over the last two decades through workshops and personal coaching sessions .He is also very active in the social arena with some NGOs in UAE and India. He has a masters in Psychology and a certified Trainer by CPD UK. Apart from his various trainings in the Aviation sector, he is trained in NLP, TA Psychology and an ongoing student of TCI.
