He is the Founder Member of "Nsight Training & Psycho Solutions LLP". He is also serving as Core Resource Person to CIGI and Zone Trainer to JCI. V. Muhammed has supported thousands of people to reach their next levels over the last two and half decades through counseling,  Personal Coaching, Remediation,  Training and Workshops. He is also very active in social arena with NGOs in India like Centre for Information and Guidance India (CIGI). He is a Research Scholar in Psychology and has Masters Degrees in Applied Psychology, English Language and Literature, Political Science and Education. He is a post Graduate Diploma holder in Teaching of English and Psychological Counseling and has Certificate in Guidance. He is also an International Certified Edu-Therapist.
He is a Master Practitioner in NLP and Master Trainer in TA.
